Yes, they can. They must also submit their Kaizen Initiatives to the “Kaizen Support Pivot” of their company.

First of all, submit your Kaizen Initiative to the “Kaizen Support Pivot” of your company. This person is responsible for collecting all Kaizen initiatives of the company. After collecting all the initiatives, it is up to the company to select the ones that must be submitted to “The Salvador Caetano Group Kaizen Challenge 2018”. It will be the responsibility of the "Kaizen Support Pivot" to submit the Kaizen initiatives selected in this website according to the submission form.

All the Kaizen initiatives are welcome on this Challenge. Even the simplest ideas are very valuable in our commitment to take a step forward towards to continuous improvement and growth. The most important is that the ideas create value for the Organization and they have impact on one or more of the following dimensions: quality improvement (product/ service); costs reduction; productivity improvement ; safety and environment improvement; innovation and business sustainable growth.

The “Kaizen Support Pivot” must submit all the selected initiatives until September, the 12th , 2018, 12am (UTC/GMT).

The winners of each category and subcategory will be awarded with a customized trophy. Honorable mentions will be also assigned according to the quality of the submitted Kaizen initiatives.

The finalists included in the shortlist will be notified by mid-November 2018. The announcement of the winners per category and subcategory and the awards ceremony will be on the Salvador Caetano Group Management Meeting 2018.
